Every day i interact with different people from different countries with different background and value. for example, in my house i have to housemates, one of whom is from China and the other from Indonesia; however, they both lived together for more than a year but still have a lot differences that need me to keep in consideration. Moreover, in m OPIE program i have classmates who are different from each other and each needs a different way of interaction. For example, one of my classmate, she is from China, is very nice and socialized person and never mind if she is objected or treated differently, while my other classmate, who is from Aman, is a very silent person and to some extent very picky and bossy.
